Учеба и начало карьеры

Закончила МГИМО МИД России, специализация Международное частное и гражданское право, бакалавр 2009 год (с отличием), магистр 2011 год (с отличием и медалью), кандидат юридических наук 2018 год. Тема диссертации: «Материально-правовой и коллизионный аспекты критерия предвидимости в праве России и зарубежных стран». Свободно владеет английским и немецким языком, французским языком на уровне В1.

Обладатель ордена чароитовая звезда «Молодое дарование России».

С октября 2011 г. проходила педагогическую практику в рамках очной аспирантуры кафедры МЧиГП. Параллельно работала юрисконсультом в строительной организации. С января 2012 г. осуществляет преподавательскую деятельность в штате.

Одновременно с 2013 года является ответственным секретарем Информационного центра Гаагской конференции по международному частному праву.

Регулярно проходит курсы повышения квалификации по педагогическому мастерству, новым методикам в образовании и правовым дисциплинам.

Текущая педагогическая деятельность

В данный момент является ведущим лектором курса Гражданского права Российской Федерации на МП факультете (подготовлен курс лекций в записи и практикум в соавторстве), лектором и координатором курса Международного частного права на МП факультете, ведущим лектором курса Международного частного права в Одинцовском и в Ташкентском филиалах МГИМО МИД России, является автором текущего курса по Международному гражданскому процессу в магистратуре МЧПиРМКС (подготовлен курс лекций в записи и практикум в соавторстве), соавтором уникального курса «Частно-правовые аспекты медицинского права» для магистратур МП факультета (в соавторстве подготовлены курс на ed.mgimo.ru и практикум), также более 10 лет преподает Римское право в качестве семинариста с использованием авторских методик работы с таблицами и схемами.

В целом осуществляет преподавательскую деятельность в основном здании, Одинцовском, Ташкентском филиалах и на программе МСП (Женева).

Дополнительная преподавательская активность

Участвовала в проведении курсов повышения квалификации для приставов по теме международного сотрудничества (часть программы курса повышения квалификации для сотрудников ФССП, организованной Университетом Правительства Москвы).

Участвовала в проведении курсов повышения квалификации для юристов из регионов на базе «Московской бизнес-школы».

Проводила семинары и лекции на английском языке для студентов Южно-Техасского университета права в США (онлайн) и Карловом университете в Чехии (очно) в рамках программы Fulbright.

Регулярно организует для студентов МП факультета мастер-классы с ведущими практикующими юристами по практическим аспектам деятельности в суде, подготовке документов, особенностям трансграничного банкротства, вопросам международного гражданского процесса и корпоративного права, прохождению собеседований.

Конференционная деятельность

В составе организационного комитета принимала активное участие в проведении более десяти международных конференций и более 20 международных круглых столов на русском и английском языках на базе МГИМО. Конференции посвящены вопросам МЧП, МКА, Медицинского права, права интеллектуальной собственности, подготовке к юридической профессии.

Для проведения конференций было организовано сотрудничество с Арбитражной палатой города Милан, Южно-Техасским университетом права, ЮНСИТРАЛ, коллегами из Испании и Перу.

Является соредактором сборников научных статей по итогам ряда международных конференций.

Активно выступает на конференциях, организованных на базе МГУ им. М.В.Ломоносова, МГЮА им. О.Е.Кутафина, ИЗиСП при Правительстве Российской Федерации, МГИМО по тематике МЧП, гражданского права, медицинского права.

Публикационная активность

Является автором и соавтором более 30 публикаций. В соавторстве с А.А.Костиным подготовила главу по международной купле-продаже в учебнике по МЧП, соавтор практикумов по трем дисциплинам (Гражданское право, Медицинское право, Международный гражданский процесс), в которых реализованы авторские методики подачи материала и инновационные форматы ведения занятий. Редактор целого ряда пособий по юридическому переводу на немецком и французском языках. Более десяти статей опубликованы в изданиях из списка ВАК (1 и 2 квартиль), четыре статьи опубликованы в изданиях, индексируемых в международных базах Scopus и WoS, одна из них в зарубежном специализированном журнале по медицинскому праву на английском языке.

Практическая деятельность

Выступает экспертом и специалистом по иностранному праву в российских судах, занимается подготовкой экспертных заключений. Консультирует клиентов по вопросам составления договоров, осложненных иностранным элементом, а также подготовки релевантных исковых заявлений.

Работа со школьниками

С 2013 года сотрудничает с ГБОУ СОШ 1208 — проводит экскурсии по университету, занятия по выбору вуза, уроки по конституции, участвует в жюри Российско-французской конференции для школьников.

С 2019 года является членом жюри финального этапа ВСОШ по праву, с 2022 года — заместитель председателя жюри, а также член ЦПМК.

Тренерская работа

С 2014 года тренирует команды студентов МГИМО для российских и международных конкурсов, в 2015 году студенты из МГИМО стали первой командой из не-испаноязычной страны на конкурсе MootMadrid, сателлите конкурса им. Виллема Виса, и показали себя очень хорошо. Много лет подряд при активном участии практикующих коллег и выпускников, а также магистрантов тренирует команды для конкурса РАА арбитраж-онлайн, команды неоднократно занимали призовые места, несколько участников отмечены как лучшие спикеры.

Education and the start of the career

2009 — Graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia (MGIMO University), Qualification - Private International and Civil Law. Bachelor of Law with honors.

2011 — Graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the  Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia (MGIMO University), Qualification — Private International and Civil Law. Master of Law with honors.

2018 — Received a Ph.D. in Law. Thesis topic: «Substantive and conflict of law aspects of the foreseeability criterion in the law of Russia and foreign countries»

Fluent in English and German, French at B1 level.

Holder of the Order «Young Talent of Russia», the highest public award for outstanding achievements of young people.

In October 2011 undertook her teaching practice as a part of a full-time postgraduate course at the Department of Private International and Civil Law. At the same time worked as a legal advisor in a construction company.

Since January 2012 carries out teaching activities on a full-time basis. At the same time, since 2013 has been the Senior secretary of the Information Center of Hague Conference on Private International Law.

Regularly undergoes refresher courses in pedagogical skills, new methods in education and legal disciplines.

Current teaching activity:

• Leading lecturer for the Civil Law of Russia course at the International Law Faculty (also prepared a recorded course of lectures and co-authored practical handbook);
• Lecturer and coordinator for the International Private Law course at the International Law Faculty;
• Leading lecturer for the International Private Law course at the Odintsovo and Tashkent branches of the MGIMO University;
• Author of the current course on International Civil Procedure in the Master program of Private International Law and International Commercial Disputes Resolution (also prepared a recorded course of lectures and co-authored practical handbook)
• Co-author of the unique course «Private Law Aspects of Medical Law» for Master's students of the International Law Faculty (co-authored a course on ed.mgimo and a practical handbook)
• Has been teaching Roman law for more than 10 years, using her own original techniques of working with tables and charts;
• In general teaches in the main building (Vernadsky), in Odintsovo and Tashkent branches of the University and at the International Law and Comparative Legal Studies Program (Geneva).

Additional teaching activities:

• Participated in refresher courses for bailiffs on international cooperation (part of the advanced training course for officers of the Federal Bailiff Service organized by the University of the Government of Moscow)
• Participated in the refresher courses for lawyers from the regions, organised by the «Moscow Business School».
• Conducted seminars and lectures in English for students at South Texas College of Law Houston in the U.S. (online) and Charles University in the Czech Republic (in-person) as part of the Fulbright program.
• Organises master classes and workshops for the students of International Law Faculty with leading practitioners on aspects of litigation, preparation of documents, specifics of cross-border bankruptcy, international civil procedure, corporate law and job interviewing on a regular basis.

Participation in conferences:

• As a member of the organising committee actively participated in more than ten international conferences and more than 20 international roundtable discussions in Russian and English at the MGIMO University. The conferences are primarily focused on issues of International Private Law, International Commercial Arbitration, Medical Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Introduction to the profession of a lawyer. For the conferences there was organised special cooperation with the Milan Chamber of Arbitration, South Texas College of Law Houston, UNCITRAL, and colleagues from Spain and Peru.
• A co-editor of collections of scientific articles based on the results of a number of international conferences
• An active speaker at conferences organized at the Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL), The Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) on the topics of International Private Law, Civil Law and medical law.

Scientific publications:

• Author and co-author of more than 30 publications.
• In co-authorship with the professor A.A.Kostin prepared a chapter on International Sale of Goods in a textbook on International Private Law:
• Co-author of practical handbooks on three disciplines (Civil Law, Medical Law, International Civil Procedure), in which her original methods of presentation of material and innovative formats of conducting classes are implemented.
• The editor of a number of manuals for legal translation in German and French.
• More than ten articles are published in VAK (Higher Attestation Commission) list journals (1st and 2nd quartile), four articles published in SCOPUS and WoS indexed journals, one of them in a foreign English language journal specializing in medical law.

Practice:

• Acts as an expert and specialist in foreign law in Russian courts and prepares expert opinions.
• Advises clients on drafting contracts with a foreign element and preparing relevant statements of claim.

Work with schoolchildren:

• Since 2013 cooperates with Secondary School №1208 - conducts university tours, organises classes on the choice of the University, gives lessons on the Constitution, participates in the jury of the Russian-French conference for schoolchildren.
• Since 2019 is a member of the jury at the final stage of the All-Russian Schoolchildren Olympiad
• Since 2022 is a deputy chairman of the jury of the All-Russian Schoolchildren Olympiad, as well as a member of the Central Subject-Methodological Commission for the Olympiad.

Coaching activity:

• Since 2014 has been coaching teams of MGIMO students for Russian and international competitions
• In 2015 MGIMO students became the first team from a non-Spanish speaking country in the MootMadrid competition, a satellite of the Willem C. Vis competition, and performed remarkably well.
• For many years in a row together with the active participation of practicing colleagues and alumni, as well as masters coaches teams for the Russian Arbitration Association (RAA) arbitration-online competition. The teams have repeatedly won prizes, several participants were noted as best speakers.
